Responsibilities

Contributes to planning and execution of the Branding, Communication and Events;Supports the organization of community school wide events, ensuring that they will reflect and promote the school´s purpose, direction, image, pride and spirit.Photography and VideographyTake photos and videos during school events and activities; Accompany and assist with photo and filming sessions involving outsourced agencies to ensure quality and adherence to the school's standards; Edit digital images to enhance their presentation and quality.Graphic DesignDesign and update school-wide materials such as brochures, invitations, certificates, and posters; Ensure all graphic projects align with the school’s branding guidelines.Inventory ManagementControl and maintain an organized marketing inventory;Regularly update the stock spreadsheet and ensure accurate tracking of materials;Request and manage the purchase of gifts, marketing, and admissions materials;Receive, organize, and distribute materials as needed;Request and track purchase orders in the system (MXM);Ensure timely procurement of necessary items in accordance with school-wide regulations and policies.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBachelor's degree
in Communication (with Advertising skills), Marketing or Administration. Fluent English proficiency, with a strong interest in developing and improving language skills.1-3 of years experienceExperiencePrevious experience in marketing and event;Experience in school the same size as EARJ will be a plus.Technical skillsFluent spoken and written English; will be tested.Ability to create and manage effective campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.Analytical skills to interpret data and performance reports.Google Workspace.Advanced excelInformações adicionaisIn addition to the legally mandated benefits, such as transportation allowance (vale-transporte), we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees.Our benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance, as well as complimentary breakfast and lunch served on campus.
