You will play a key role in evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting research, helping develop investment recommendations, negotiate terms and execute transactions. Furthermore, you will monitor portfolio companies, assisting it with the development and implementation of investment strategies.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesI) Analyze Investment Opportunities byHelping in the research, analysis and evaluation of attractive investment opportunitiesIdentifying financial and business variables to build analysis based on assumptions that were gathered from internal and external sources, and demonstrate them through rational stepsSupporting the development of complex dynamic financial models to analyze investment prospects (including testing assumptions and sensitivities)Supporting due diligence process, interacting with internal teams and external advisors (as appropriate) including reviews of past and projected financial performance, investment merits and risks, expected returns, regulatory environment, industry dynamics and other relevant factorsSupporting the negotiation and execution of agreements and other transaction-related legal documentationII) Follow-through on Investments byMonitoring ongoing financial performance of portfolio companiesReporting and reviewing quarterly company performanceInteracting with the company´s boards, management teams and other advisors, as appropriate to support corporate strategy and its value creation planHelping evaluate possible exit strategiesRequisitos e qualificaçõesBachelor’s degree, with above-average academic performanceMore than 1 year of experience of private equity; top-tier management consulting or investment banking experience; or comparable work experienceSolid corporate finance and accounting knowledgeAdvanced Microsoft Office knowledgeValuation and modeling skills requiredCommunication and presentation skillsFluent in English; Spanish is a plusCity: São Paulo
