Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

Certification

SAP Business One certified professional is a plus.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in SAP Business One implementations as a Consultant.

Technical Requirements

Knowledge of Excel, DTW, and PLD.

English proficiency in reading and writing for opening and managing support tickets.

Good understanding of business processes.

SAP Business One certification in versions 2005B, 2007B, or 8.8 is a plus.

Knowledge of requirements gathering and project documentation.

Knowledge of system configuration and parameterization.

Knowledge of Crystal Reports.

Knowledge of SQL and query development.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct end-user training and provide user support.

Create and maintain SQL queries.

Provide daily updates on project activities and progress.

Configure the system according to customer requirements, including customizations, parameterization, and integrations with other tools.

Conduct training sessions for key users and the client’s team, ensuring effective use of the system.

Maintain technical and process documentation throughout the project.

Prepare and maintain implementation progress reports.
